Amazingly pretty, well decorated, and tasty food! Like wow! I think this is my favorite South American restaurant in the US so far. If the place is not pretty and clean I cant really enjoy food even if it is delicious. But this place is mind-blowing. I truly enjoyed being there. It has beautiful pictures, nice statuettes, and a cheerful atmosphere. I also liked their bathroom. Even though it was tiny, it was clean, smelled good, and pretty as well!

A very nice restaurant with Uruguayan cuisine dishes mainly. This is mainly an Uruguayan restaurant and they also have some dishes and drinks from other Latin American countries. Excellent food quality and prices. The place is busy on weekends. Totally recommend it. Literally any dish is worth trying. They have nice grill dishes too.

A lovely setting to enjoy some very good food. I tried their signature sandwich, the Chivito al Pan (22), which comes with fries. Steak, ham, bacon, egg, mozzarella, red bell peppers, onions, olives, and lettuce and tomato all piled up and absolutely delicious. Currently not open for lunch every day. Close to the Phillips and Dupont Circle Metro.

Love This Restaurant! We stopped at this restaurant last night (8/2023) for dinner. Pros: Good food and drinks. Great customer service. Server was very nice & attentive. I would definitely go back to this restaurant. Cons: Did not really like the ceiling decor; looks like a carpet on the ceiling. Lastly I would go back to this restaurant. The cocktails are great.

Del Sur Cafe continues to surprise me!! The Milanesa Steak is simply delicious!! Amazing service & Wonderful home made Food!!Chef Debora, Marco and Juan are absolutely spectacular!!! My go to place in DC for my Travels!!!

What a beautiful atmosphere with the greatest service and delicious drinks, food and dessert. Chef Debora is absolutely spectacular! The food was delicious. The octopus appetizer was by far my favorite along with the entree Malfatti de espinaca y queso. The chivito al plato is outstanding too. The pisco sour drink is all made from scratch and you can taste each ingredient; another delight! This place is truly a hidden gem of DC!

This is such a lovely restaurant! The lighting and decor really set a warm ambient atmosphere. Cocktails and food were delicious. The menu offers a mix of items from all over South America. Our server was friendly and attentive. The owners are super awesome too 3
